I don't know about the Rotovibe but my Dunlop Clyde McCoy and Crybaby Mini both came with an allen central to adjust it.

First I tried to tighten the white plastic clutch that pushes against the gear rack that moves with the foot pedal - information technology works alright temporarily.
The second method I tried was there is a hard to adjust metal strap under the foot that does over the pes pedal pivot pin that has ii screw adjustments - if y'all can somehow manage to tighten the ii screws holding the strap downward yous may be able to tension the pedal.
The terminal and final method I found that worked the best for me was buying a bolt and nut from Lowes for $1 and replacing the pedal pivot pivot. It holds great and if you ever want to loosen or tighten its a quick adjustment. Bank check out this thread with the details.
